A completely new design featuring the latest technology, the NOVA wash system boasts many innovative features such as ultrasonic positioning sensors and custom wash programs.
The ideal solution for cleaning large commercial vehicles such as trucks and buses, it’s equally proficient in washing smaller vehicles such as cars and vans. The NOVA system guarantees a clean and shiny result with every wash.
The NOVA wash machine is height adjustable, with varying widths to adapt to the specific needs of your fleet. It’s suitable for vehicle types including vans, trucks, semi-trailers, buses, coaches, motorhomes and special vehicles such as tankers or public services vehicles such as garbage trucks.
The latest generation of automatic commercial vehicle washing system
With its completely new design featuring the latest unique technology, the NOVA commercial vehicle wash offers many outstanding features. Innovative solutions include the automatic detection of mirrorless camera systems of new trucks, for which special wash programs have been created.
New ‘blades’ design feature
NOVA’s ‘blades’ design feature combines high performance washes with impressive aesthetics. This unique design feature makes NOVA suitable for a wide range of commercial heavy vehicles.
Safe start & stop positioning device
The wash’s front fascia features illuminated premium blades with attached RGB display, showing clear animated instructions for drivers. It assists with entry, stop and correct positioning of the vehicle.
Additionally, an ultrasonic sensor assists with correct positioning in the car wash, indicating to the driver via colour signals/colour intensities, similar to a parking aid for cars.
High-pressure side rotating nozzles
The system’s high pressure side nozzles are integrated in the portal beam and can be operated simultaneously with the brush wash in the pre-run. The nozzles are available in different heights to achieve optimum washing results for individual vehicle heights. The high-pressure unit operates oscillating with rotor nozzles or with rigid nozzles and can be operated at a pressure of up to 80 bar.
